Dr. Powell has presented over 250 professional courses and lectures. These have ranged from webinars to keynote presentations to three day, in depth courses. Most have been multiple day programs on anatomy, physiology, diagnosis, treatment and management of neurological disorders. All of these
programs have focused on teaching a variety of healthcare providers how to apply functional neurology to benefit those they serve.

In 2021-23 Dr. Powell provided either in-person or virtual programs for the Illinois Chiropractic Society, Wyoming Chiropractic Association, Iowa Chiropractic Society, Texas Chiropractic Association, Washington State Chiropractic Association, Tennessee Chiropractic Association, Vermont Chiropractic Association, North Dakota Chiropractic Association, Mississippi Chiropractic Association, West Virginia Chiropractic Society, Ohio State Chiropractic Association, Wisconsin Chiropractic Association, North Carolina Chiropractic Association and South Carolina Chiropractic Association.
