Program Cancelation and Refund Policy
Attendees may cancel any ACS Seminar for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:
Cancelation requires a phone call or email to the ACS at
Canceling 30-days or more prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 100% refund.
Canceling between 30 and 14-days prior to the start date of the seminar will result a credit-only.
Canceling less than 14-days prior to the start date of the seminar will result in a 50% credit-only.
If attendee does not show for a seminar, no refund or credit will be given. If the ACS cancels a seminar, you will be refunded 100%.
If the ACS needs to cancel a seminar, they will, within their best effort, try to cancel in a timely manner. The ACS is not responsible for any incurred travel or accommodation costs. If a seminar is not organized by the ACS, refunds will be at the discretion of the company. Please contact the organizing entity for their respective cancelation policy.
